Monitoring-station operators kept 3–4 vendor apps open and lost time switching between them. Pult is a single desktop app: one alarm queue for every device, an object map, cards with zones and contacts, and response-team dispatch.

The full picture in one click
Address, alarm zone, contacts, loops and the object's camera — right next to the queue. Double click opens the full card in a tab; a two-column layout is there for comparison.
Device connection tree
Central hub, device, partitions and loops — with real-time statuses. You can see exactly where the alarm or break is, no call to an engineer.
Dispatch board
Dispatch board: active crews, time en route, one-click assignment. The light theme is for the day shift and toggles right from the header.
